CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Scope of Application
This cancellation policy applies to all experiences offered by Dolcescape Italy. By making a booking, the client unconditionally accepts the terms described below.
2. Refund Terms
Refunds are calculated based on the number of days between the cancellation date and the experience date:
Cancellation Period Refund
Up to 30 days before 90%
From 29 to 4 days before (96-97 hours) 70%
From 3 to 4 days before (95-73 hours) 60%
From 2 to 3 days before (72-25 hours) 50%
Within 24 hours before 0% (no refund)
3. Cancellation Method
The only accepted method to request a refund is by email.

Information to include in your request:
Booking number
Client’s full name
Date of the booked experience
Reason for cancellation (optional)
4. Refund Processing
The refund request must be sent via email to the address above
Once received, the refund will be processed according to the applicable percentage
Processing times depend on the original payment method
5. Exclusions
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience date.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Production of videos and audiovisual content
Documentary, informative, and promotional activities related to experiences offered by Dolcescape Italy
In the case of minors: processing the consent data of the parent or guardian

Any other suitable support

The provision of data is optional

Website of the facility
Such communications are for informative, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Data Retention Period
Collected data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and/or for the time required by legal obligations. The verification of data obsolescence is carried out periodically.

The interested party is entitled to the rights referred to in articles 15-22 and 34 of GDPR, in particular:
